At Lans Holdings Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure you are fully satisfied with every purchase. However, if your order isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy is here to help.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Return/Exchange Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in fully resalable condition, in their original packaging, with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any item that is not returned in its original condition.
Reasons for Returns or Exchanges:
- Damaged Goods: If your item has fabric damage, print defects, or any other faults, we’ll gladly refund or exchange it.
- Incorrect Size: If your first order doesn’t fit, no worries! We offer size exchanges. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional shipping charges for the new size.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items sold at discounted rates unless they are faulty or damaged.
Delivery Charge Refunds:
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will refund the original delivery charges. However, if the item is simply unwanted, delivery charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for the Rs. 850 shipping fee when sending the item back and for receiving the exchanged item.

Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund via bank transfer to the customer’s account.
- Please allow some time for the refund to be processed depending on your location and the courier service.
