Conditions for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and packed securely in the original packaging as received.
Reasons for Return:
- Damaged Fabric.
- Print Defects.
Return and Refund Process:
- Notify us of the return within 2 days of receiving the item by contacting our customer service team.
- Pack the item securely, ensuring it meets the conditions outlined above.
- Customers are responsible for the courier charges associated with the return.
- Once the returned package is received and inspected, refunds will only be processed for items with fabric damage or garment defects.
- Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the respective customer.
- Cash refunds are not applicable for reasons other than fabric damage or garment defects.
Exchange Policy:
- Customers are required to verify the fit of the garment before requesting an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to a fixed charge of Rs. 850, and an additional Rs. 150 per item.
- Exchanges will only be processed after receiving the item in its original condition.
- Customers can exchange an item for another from our catalog; no cash refunds are provided for exchanges.
