Returns
Eligibility for Return
Exchange delivery will take a minimum of 6 working days.
You must inform us within 2 days of delivery if you’d like to return or exchange an item.
The item must be unworn, with tags attached, and securely packed in the original packaging.
Accepted Reasons
- Fabric damage
- Print or stitching defects
How to Return
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and verify the defect, we’ll process your refund via bank transfer
Notify Us: Contact our customer service team within 2 days of receipt.
Pack Securely: Ensure the item is unworn, tagged, and in its original packaging.
Free Pickup: We’ll arrange courier collection at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must meet our return criteria: initiated within 2 days of delivery, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Exchange Procedure:
- Request an Exchange: Contact our customer service to confirm your item meets the exchange criteria.
- Courier Pickup: Once approved, we’ll book a courier to collect your original item
- Dispatch: After we receive and inspect the returned package, we’ll dispatch your replacement item within4-5 working days
- No Style or Colour Changes:
Please note that exchanges are only allowed for the same product, size, and specifications. As all Lans products are made-to-measure, we are unable to accommodate style or colour changes during the exchange process
Exchange Fees:
Cash refunds are not provided for exchanges; the fee applies per exchange.
A fixed fee of Rs. 850 is payable upon delivery of the new package.
