Overview

Lans clothing will allow its consumers to return or exchange a product as long as it is in fully resalable condition. Returns must be made within 15 days after purchase and in their original, undamaged packaging. If the goods is not returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to reject a refund or exchange. We will credit the purchaser’s account with the item’s purchase price. If the goods are inaccurate, damaged, or malfunctioning, the delivery money will be refunded.

PRODUCTS WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We will only refund things that are damaged or malfunctioning. We are also unable to provide refunds or exchanges for sale items.

CHARGES FOR ORIGINAL DELIVERY

When a product is inaccurate, malfunctioning, or damaged, we will reimburse the shipping charge; but, we will not refund the delivery charge if the product is just unwanted. Please keep in mind that the above policies are subject to change at any time by Lans Apperal’s management without prior notice to the client.

How to ship returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
